AudienceView’s Product Design team blends craft, curiosity, and pragmatism to create experiences that feel effortless for patrons and powerful for our clients. We partner daily with Product and Engineering to turn complex requirements into clear, accessible journeys across Unlimited, Professional, Campus, Spotlight, and our consumer brands. Our approach is iterative and research-led: test early, learn fast, and ship improvements continuously.

How We Design
We maintain a living, coded design library for Professional UI components and run focused sprints to explore forward-leaning concepts (including AI-assisted experiences). Our practice is anchored in usability testing and accessibility: this year we set a record for hands-on prototype tests, and we’re actively moving interfaces toward WCAG AA standards.
On the consumer side, we’re building a unified component library for the Consumer Interface, while in Unlimited we’re shaping a more flexible online experience—including a simpler content management approach that puts control in clients’ hands.
Recent Impact
These strides have been recognized across the business—for example, leadership called out the tangible impact our UI/Design work has on the sales process, and highlighted how our quarterly design summaries clarify priorities and momentum.
We designed our most mobile-friendly Sell interface to date and modernized 14+ admin pages; roughly 80% of these designs are already in the release pipeline. These updates have materially improved sales demos and open up mobile box-office use cases.
A reimagined password-reset flow improves security (future-proofing for PCI) and targets the top login complaint—potentially reducing consumer support requests by up to 15%.
We designed and validated a brand-new single-page donations experience and are iterating on the online checkout to streamline neglected areas of the purchase journey.
